Job Description:
• Ensure successful execution and optimization of creative strategies based on real-time data.
• Oversee multiple influencer marketing programs, including Viral Hit Makers, UGC Generation, Paid Amplification, Micro-Influencer Strategies, and A/B Testing.
• Act as primary lead from kickoff, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and execution.
Requirements:
• Director-level experience in Strategy, with a proven track record of team leadership and client management.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Able to form a deep understanding of each brand's identity—analyzing their vibe, aesthetics, voice, and goals to inform influencer selection and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members and training them to advance in their roles.
• Staying up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging best practices.
• Comfortable incorporating AI into workflows to optimize processes wherever possible.
