The role involves supporting system configuration activities, developing functional design documentation, and participating in all phases of the WFM system implementation lifecycle to meet client business needs.
Responsibilities
- Supporting system configuration activities
- Contributing to the development of functional design documentation
- Preparing comprehensive support materials to align with both current and evolving client business needs
- Participating across all phases of the WFM system implementation lifecycle, including solution testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization
Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of time and attendance processes, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to workforce management
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong willingness to quickly learn emerging technologies and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment

- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) solution implementations, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience in Dayforce WFM and Advanced Scheduling, with proven ability to configure modules related to HR, time, and payroll; experience with Payroll, HRIS integrations, and data migrations is highly valued
