Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, chat). Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the SaaS platform's features and functionality. Guide customers through platform navigation and feature utilization. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help center articles and FAQs. Gather customer feedback and report insights to the product and customer success teams. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while assisting customers. Achieve performance goals related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with computers and common software applications; experience with CRM software is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
