Customer Success Agent

Inyova is the leading digital platform for investing with a sustainability impact. Through the Inyova platform, people can invest their money in companies that represent the causes they care about (like sustainability, gender equality, etc.) – without sacrificing returns along the way. We’re looking for a freelancer or contractor based in Poland to join our Customer Success Team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As part of the Customer Success Team, you’ll collaborate with 3–5 colleagues to support our impact investors. You will:

• Be a champion for our customers: Understand their needs and how Inyova helps them achieve their goals.
• Provide expert support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email about Inyova and impact investing.
• Shape our product: Gather customer feedback to help improve the platform and create a seamless user experience.
• Facilitate onboarding: Guide customers through account setup, verification, and getting started with Inyova.
• Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to refining customer touchpoints and updating resources like our FAQ section.

You’re the ideal candidate if you:

• Are fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher in both). Swiss German and/or French are a plus.
• Have a passion for spreading the word about sustainable investing and Inyova’s mission.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and empathy for customer needs.
• Enjoy using technology, including CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and standard office applications (e.g., G-Suite, MS Office).
• Have experience with phone and email support.
• Are curious about finance and how sustainable investing can change the world (financial knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement).
