As a Customer Service & Repair Coordination Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the central point of contact for customers seeking equipment repair services. You will work closely with our repair technicians, manufacturing teams, and logistics personnel to ensure that every repair request is managed seamlessly from initiation through completion. Your ability to communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of our service operations.
