Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at careerzynith, you will join our Conversion Improvement team, a group dedicated to ensuring that every automated conversation feels truly human. While our AI engine handles the majority of interactions, there are moments when the system’s confidence falls below 98 % or when a consumer’s query requires nuanced understanding. In those cases, you and your teammates become the essential “human layer” that interprets, responds, and categorizes each message with empathy and precision.

This role focuses on serving careerzynith’s top‑tier clients and the most complex use cases.
