You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with gas emergencies, electric outages, billing inquiries, new service requests, and credit or collections matters. - Diagnose and resolve complex inquiries independently, escalating only when necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Document each interaction in the CRM system with precision, ensuring compliance with internal policies and PUC Chapter 56 and Chapter 14 guidelines.
