Position Overview
The Creative Specialist – Customer Education, Training & In-Store Experience is a front-line ambassador for careerzynith. Your primary responsibility is to inspire and educate customers, helping them unlock the full potential of their devices and discover new ways to bring their ideas to life. You will lead scheduled training sessions, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and provide personalized guidance to customers across all skill levels — from curious beginners to seasoned power users.
This role blends the art of teaching with the heart of customer service. You will be entrusted with shaping the in-store learning culture, supporting your fellow team members, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling more confident, capable, and inspired than when they arrived.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging small-group training sessions on product features, creative workflows, and practical use cases tailored to customer interests and skill levels.
- Deliver one-on-one personalized instruction to customers, adapting your teaching style to match each learner's pace, background, and goals.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for store visitors between scheduled sessions, offering guidance, answering questions, and creating memorable experiences.
- Listen actively to customers to understand their aspirations, challenges, and desired outcomes, then guide them toward the right tools, techniques, and solutions.
- Facilitate device setup, initial configuration, and onboarding to ensure customers leave the store confident in using their new purchases.

- Recommend additional in-store support options — such as business services, technical support, and specialized consultations — when appropriate.
