This position is responsible for conducting job classification and reclassification reviews, offer and equity reviews, and internal pay analyses in alignment with established compensation frameworks and policies. The role works closely with Human Resources partners, academic and administrative units, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and equitable application of compensation principles across employee groups. The incumbent supports operational excellence, high-quality service delivery, and continuous improvement within the compensation function.

Our team advances initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, promote professional growth, and support a high-performing and engaged workforce.
The division includes approximately 50 professionals delivering strategic and operational HR services to the campus community. Key functional areas include ASC-HR, Benefits, Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Engagement, ERP Systems, Resource Center Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Organizational Development, and Time and Leave. Together, these teams partner with campus units to provide responsive HR support, enhance organizational effectiveness, and help attract, develop, and retain a talented workforce.
This position is Remote eligible. This position is remote, but the employee must have availability to be on campus for on-site meetings as requested. Additional details about the remote work agreement for this role can be discussed during interviews.
