This is a full-time, fully remote consultancy lasting through November 2026.

Purpose:

To coordinate and help implement civic engagement efforts involving the CWS network and partners during the 2026 election season. Key responsibilities include developing and helping execute a voter engagement plan that includes GOTV activities, voter registration, communications, and training components with clear benchmarks and measurable outcomes. Under the direction of the CWS Director of Grassroots Organizing and working in collaboration with the Rise Up for Refuge campaign, the consultant will focus on educating and mobilizing new American voters (voting eligible members of immigrant and refugee communities) and communities that welcome and support new Americans.

Cover letters should address the following questions:

 

  1. Describe your previous experience designing and implementing programs related to civic engagement, voter registration, voter education, voter mobilization (Get Out the Vote) and election protection.
  2. What is your experience with tech tools such as the Voter Activation Network, Hustle, Action Network, Salesforce or other voter engagement tools?
  3. In what ways have you used social media or messaging apps within a civic engagement campaign?
  4. Describe your previous experience working with diverse stakeholders (faith leaders, grassroots groups, new American communities, etc.).
