Channel Marketing Manager Fully Remote | $140K-$150K Base Salary + Benefits Are you a Channel Marketing professional with experience supporting distributors, dealers, or manufacturer representative networks serving the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction markets? Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation products, shade structures, site amenities, and community-focused solutions serving K-12 schools, municipalities, parks & recreation departments, architects, landscape architects, engineers, and commercial developers throughout North America. They are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead distributor marketing programs, drive market demand, and strengthen partner engagement across a national distribution network. What You'll Do • Serve as the primary marketing partner to distributors, dealers, and channel partners across North America • Develop and execute channel marketing programs that increase demand and market penetration within the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction sectors • Support distributor digital marketing efforts including websites, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and local campaigns • Create sales enablement tools, presentations, collateral, and marketing assets that help distributors win business with architects, schools, municipalities, and commercial customers • Train distributor teams on marketing programs, brand standards, and campaign execution • Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and distributor meetings • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue growth • Measure channel marketing effectiveness and optimize programs based on performance metrics Ideal Background • Min. 7+ years of Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Distributor Marketing, or B2B Marketing experience • Experience supporting distributor, dealer, representative, or channel partner networks • Industry experience within one or more of the following: Building Products, Architectural Products, Site Furnishings & Amenities, Parks & Recreation, Outdoor Recreation Equipment, Construction, Landscape Products, Municipal/Government Markets and Education/K-12 Markets • Strong understanding of specification-driven sales environments involving architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, schools, and government agencies • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and channel partner programs • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management sk Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 • Comprehensive Benefits Package • Paid Time Off & Holidays • Fully Remote Work Environment • Opportunity to work with a market-leading organization serving high-growth education, municipal, and community development sectors Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
