This supervisor position is the front line of our agency, responsible for the overall operational planning, direction, supervision and coordination of intake services. Our team will rely on you to oversee the team responsible for processing all referrals through our Screening Unit and ensure that each is served in compliance with timeliness and regulatory requirements. You will be expected to develop and maintain a working knowledge of all regulatory, policy, and procedure mandates; maintain statistics as outlined in our policies; and monitor the effectiveness of services provided through statistics and log keeping. Teamwork and collaboration are essential as you will also inform the Social Service Coordinator of service delivery issues or needs.
You will also complete frequent and regular review and analysis of case records, evaluate staff performance, and participate in planning and providing in-service training activities to meet the training needs of the workers to disseminate new or updated regulations and policies.
