The Role

As a Business Development Manager at BRIGHTSCOUT, you’ll be responsible for driving net-new revenue. This position combines hunter instincts with deal-making acumen. You’ll own the sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting and discovery, through proposal development, negotiation, and close.

This is our first dedicated sales hire. Until now, business development has been founder-led, and a builder's mindset will be essential to your success.

You’ll partner directly with the co-founders and leadership team, shaping how BRIGHTSCOUT wins business across projects, retainers, and enterprise accounts.
