As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities & Duties
- VIP undergraduate campus rep recruitment & hiringCampus Rep Management
- International campus rep program development
- Social media management
- Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
- Alumnus Advisor curation and management
- Finding and developing new markets and improving
- Increase value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Attending conferences, meeting, and industry events
- Brand partnerships
Requirements
- Campus Rep Management Experience
- Willing to Travel (25%)
- Past Greek Life Leadership
- Well versed and demonstrated skills campus rep management
- A understanding of the group travel and hospitality industry
- Recruitment and Hiring experience
- Creative problem solver with the ability to make decisions independently
- Computer and Internet-savvy
- Experience in social media management
- Experience in sales & marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Citizen / Permanent Resident of the United States or Canada
