Business Analyst 

What it is

The Business Analyst at 9amHealth is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional data crunching. In this position, you will transform raw data into engaging, interactive dashboards and strategic insights that drive internal decisions, optimize member enrollment and engagement, and deliver powerful, customer-facing reports. A key part of this role is to coordinate, define, and create outcome reports with strong, data-driven messages for our customers, ensuring clarity and impact. You will be comfortable analyzing clinical data and driving insights from health outcomes data, collaborating closely with the Head of Clinical. Additionally, you'll work with Customer Success, Marketing, and our Data & Backend Engineering teams to develop state-of-the-art reporting infrastructure, identify key performance metrics, and tailor messaging strategies that resonate with diverse member cohorts.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including health, vision, and dental plans, as well as 20 vacation days for full-time employees. Our working model is flexible for certain positions, with some employees working remotely and others based in the office. However, we value candidates who can be based in our San Diego office.
