Requirements
- Develop and maintain product performance reports and dashboards using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Amazon QuickSight, SQL, or other reporting platforms.
- Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide recommendations to improve product performance to enhance customer value realization.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train end-users on BI tools and data interpretation to enhance data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Analyze large datasets related to healthcare claims processing, denials management, and other revenue cycle functions.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
