Provide courteous and timely assistance to clients throughout the planning process
Respond to inquiries regarding travel options, booking status, and service requests
Help facilitate reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, and special accommodations when needed
Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel documentation
