Hybrid out of Seattle, WA 98103, San Francisco 94107 & San Jose, CA 95110 is available. • Duration: 6/15/2026 to 11/30/2026 • Team: US Corporate Strategy & Ops Global Job Description • The Creativity & Productivity Strategy & Operations team is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Manager to support the Account Management organization through reporting, operational execution, performance visibility, and business insights. • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building reporting frameworks, identifying business trends, and partnering with sales leadership to improve execution and performance. Responsibilities • Drive reporting and visibility for key quarterly initiatives across the Account Management organization • Track and evaluate performance against quarterly goals and business targets • Build, maintain, and improve recurring dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting • Provide leadership visibility into: • Pipeline creation and progression • Customer meetings and engagement activity • Revenue attainment and closed business • Forecast performance and target achievement • Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Partner with Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to support execution • Support weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, and operational cadences • Improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and data consistency • Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership stakeholders Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar analytical business functions • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to transform large datasets into actionable business insights • Experience supporting sales or account management organizations • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, STEM, or related field Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting SaaS or B2B sales organizations • SQL experience • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority Compensation • Pay Rate: Up to $53.52 per hour Requisition ID: 37277111
