Position Summary
This role responsible for the concept development, art direction, and execution of creative across print, digital, social, and video channels. This role partners closely with copywriters, project managers, and creative leadership to deliver compelling, on-brand creative that supports business initiatives and enhances the member experience. The Art Director demonstrates a commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver directed work that effectively leverages business requirements, campaign themes and articulates how each execution supports the overarching creative idea
- Demonstrate strong art direction and conceptual thinking across multiple channels
- Apply brand guidelines and campaign look-and-feel consistently across work
- Partner effectively with copywriters and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-quality creative

- Degree in a related field
- 0-3+ years of professional art director experience in an in-house or agency environment
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $62,000.00 - $81,500.00
