Position Summary

Under general supervision and technical guidance, the person in this position is responsible for the delivery of multiple functions and activities to support the Research Management System (RMS) for units across the University. Functions include application use case analysis to ensure application configuration meets business needs, performing configuration and administration to assigned applications, consultation on application capabilities and best practices, impact analysis of upgrades/changes, incident management, vendor management, and quality assurance/testing support. The person will also support efforts to increase adoption of assigned applications as needed. The Application Analyst II will possess a range of systems analysis and technical skills, coupled with strong customer service. The Application Analyst II will work with a team of technical staff within the Washington University IT organization and schools to ensure that WashU IT services stay aligned with University initiatives that include research, teaching, and administrative objectives.

Salary Range

$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
