What you will do
• Build and ship production AI features as part of a dedicated pod: agents, RAG, voice, evals, and integrations.
• Use an agentic development workflow, a harness that dispatches work to autonomous agents, to ship faster.
• Own features end to end across the stack, from data and APIs to the UI.
• Write and maintain evals so quality is measured, not assumed.
What we are looking for
• Strong full-stack skills (TypeScript, React, Node, or similar) and a high bar for shipped quality.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, or a fast track record of picking up new tools.
• Comfort in an AI-native workflow where you steer and review autonomous agents.
Nice to have
• Open-source work, or evals and observability experience.
• Voice or realtime systems experience.
