Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – primarily remote) Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Seasonal Term: August through March Work Schedule: Approximately 2 hours per day (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM preferred window) Work must generally be performed within this timeframe Peak periods may require additional hours Primarily remote with occasional in-office presence Job Summary: Performs a variety of routine clerical and accounting functions. Supports accounts receivable processes with a focus on cash receipts. This position is part of the Crop Division accounting team, supporting daily operations within the company’s largest business division. This is a seasonal, part-time role averaging approximately 2 hours per weekday during standard business hours. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Process and apply cash receipts accurately and timely Take customer payments over the phone and ensure proper application and documentation Communicate with internal teams to resolve payment-related items Respond to customer, agency, and internal inquiries related to payments and accounts via email and phone Assist with other tasks as needed during peak periods Job Requirements Customer-focused with strong communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable learning new systems and technology Strong problem-solving skills and numerical aptitude Business Unit: Crop Benefits: We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*.
