As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable software solutions within our platform. Working as part of a cross-functional Scrum team, you will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, helping deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performance applications that support business-critical operations.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and build innovative solutions. - Take an AI-driven approach to software development, and use GAI tools across all stages of the SDLC to accelerate development and deliver high quality, performant, secure products.
- Champion the use of GAI tools, and define workflows around their use as it pertains to all stages of the SDLC.
- Produce clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices.
- Implement features or components of larger features.
- Produce unit tests to verify functionality.
- Identify and fix bugs prior to feature delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from other team members.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and deliver commitments according to estimates.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring team members, delivering product demonstrations, and offering guidance to both internal teams and external organizations.
