Job Description:
1% Remote High-Ticket Full-Cycle Closer
NOTE: We will only consider strong, high-level sales and setting experience. If you do not have it, you cannot be considered.
Compensation:
• $10K - $15K every month completely remote on sales calls helping people interested in mentorship.
• Complete and Ongoing Daily Sales Training
• 1099 contractor
Performance Expectations:
• Minimum of 48 hours available to set and take apts per week
• Minimum of 100 outbound dials per day
Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions
• Discuss the product, conduct demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition
• Set high-value apts for yourself and/or close directly on the phone
• Negotiate and close high-ticket deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and a strong team and brand
Qualifications:
• Internally, and independently driven to make a lot of money
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self-disciplined and a strong work ethic… don’t need to be motivated every day
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Years of proven successful sales and/or setting experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates
What We're Looking For (Must-Have):
• 1+ years high-ticket setting or closing for $5k - $100K offers (e.g., coaching, agency, fitness, REI, SaaS, etc.)
